(More customer reviews)I guess I lucked out with being able to get this from Amazon - it's now currently listed as unavailable. At any rate, I really enjoy this workout and it changes up my current Jillian Michaels DVD routine. This workout is broken into 2 different workouts: Metabolic, and Strength training. Each workout is 30 mins and includes a 5 min warmup and cooldown. I really enjoy the strength training workout - very challenging and I started seeing results within a week. The metabolic workout (cardio interval training) is also pretty tough. If you like Jillian Michaels' straightforward workouts (no dance routines - just straight up jumping jacks or squat jumps) then you'll probably like this workout since it falls under the same category. Give it a try!
