Sure, you won't be fully-naked, male Fabio after twenty minutes with the DVDS, but you will have a better understanding of the sexual fundamentals. Karma Sutra is for couples looking to explore past regular bedroom intercourse. If you found the book just a tad hard to understand, the DVD has visual aids.
I'd recommend it if one's sex life needs a little bit of spicing up.
