Cooldown and StretchOverall a very good cardio/strength workout! As someone who can do 98% of Bob's "inside out method" with all advanced moves, this Ultimate Cardio Body seemed a little easy (that's why I gave 4 stars). But Bob keeps it light and fun for us. And how can you dislike his socks? :D
