(More customer reviews)This second DVD is more business oriented... It seems like in this business you have to think about many aspects at once. If you neglect just one of them, then your business can fail quickly! Traffic is one of the key factors that is talked about. In general it can be said that the more you have, the better you will do. But traffic always comes at a price- The best locations cost the most money and the cost of being in business will reflect on your prices as well. You can attract the right kinds of customers and you can attract the wrong kinds just as easily!
The hardest part is doing it without spending a lot of money. There are some ideas presented that can help to make the business come to you, which does not always happen automatically- you will have to work at it!
Overall, the information is very interesting and it is good to get another perspective on small restaurant food sales. I would have probably spent more time on the menu planing department, but that really depends on the foods you end up selling... For barbecue I don't think you can ask for more...This course makes this business look easy.
I feel like there is a fortune to be made by setting up at gas stations that will let you use some space on their parking lot to set up. When people drive by or get gas, they see (and smell) you and will check you out. People have to eat! If you are not out there to make the money, somebody else will.
