(More customer reviews)my son is a huge bob the builder fan and we have all the videos. we just got this one a few days ago and i have to admit it is my least favourite video in the bob series. it shows spud up to all sorts of mischief and i'm not sure it teaches the right values to my son. it almost seems to condone being mean and naughty as long as you only have to say sorry in the end.
i don't think even my son enjoys it as much as pets in a pickle or the big game.
we have it and i am sure we will enjoy it, however, all the other ones are much better for fun viewing and good teachings.

Making New Friends (1992) Review

(More customer reviews)This is certainly a show about friends. When Kenneth moves to a new school, he is sad because he doesn't know anyone. He then meets BJ and Barney who introduce him to Kathy, Min, and Tosha. The children are all awaiting a visit from two of their oldest friends-Derek and Tina. This show is a celebration of friendship and it includes some all-time favorite Barney songs like: I Like Autumn, The Friendship Song, 10 Good Friends, Kookaburra, and of course I Love You.

(More customer reviews)I echo the sentiments of the last reviewer - my 2 1/2 year old daughter adores Scooby Doo (as did I as a child) but when are we going to see the 6 or 7 original episodes come out that have never been released on VHS, DVD, or anything? It seems like the same old episodes (no matter how great they are) keep getting recycled on different tapes and I find that very disappointing. Bring on the unreleased episodes - whoever does it will surely profit from the many Scooby fans who would snatch it up ASAP.

Fans of the generation are the ones who are spending money on these DVDs and duplication of episodes, inclusion of Scrappy episodes and jumping between seasons just doesn't cut it. As has been said, I've seen That's Snow Ghost on 3 of the compilation DVDs. And please don't continue to call previews for other scooby videos "special features!" Bring out a decent cult DVD!
