Sets are someone's multi-million dollar home. Lot's of simulated sex, full frontal female nudity & shower scenes. Pets & pornstars abound. Cheesy story line, but let's be honest, did we really buy this for an Oscar winning performance?My only question is this, 's the next one going to be released?

The Story of O Part II (1984) Review

(More customer reviews)This 1984 film The Story of O Part II is often confused with the 1981 film The Fruits of Passion ( les fruits de la passion) with Klaus Kinski. The video on this amazon product page is a different foreign film that takes a stab at the Story of O character. It is also in many ways superior sequel to Fruits of Passion. It has never been release on DVD in the US so it is lesser known. Of course any sequel that attempts to continue the story of "O" won't live up to the original. However, the actress playing "O" here Sandra Wey is the best I've seen in any version other than the original "Story of O" with Corinne Clery. The story doesn't pick up exactly where the original left off. But it is a more realistic idea of what would or could happen to the female character of "O". Sandra Wey plays the updated "O" as an independent woman who is a sort of sexual mercenary. She uses her power of seduction to gain access to a prominent and wealthy family. Hired by a powerful corporation that will stop at nothing to black mail this wealthy business man. "O" finds a way into the family's secluded estate and then systematically begins to seduce each of the family members starting with the young naive daughter. Moving on to her brother, the father, and eventually even the wife. All in a bid to black mail and gain control of their empire.
The film has plenty of highly erotic and sexual charged scenes. It deals with sexual orientation and domination. Sexual taboo's are broken and the inner fantasies of each family member are laid bare to "O". The story has some interesting twist and turns with an intriguing and unpredictable ending.
Even if you're skeptical of a Story of "O" sequel (there are more than a few) I would give this one a chance before any other.

Bikini Royale 2: The Right to Bare All Review

(More customer reviews)Retromedia always is hit and miss...and this one is a hit. Certainly one of the best by Retromedia and possibly THE best.
I'm no Beverly Lynne fan, but she's cuter here than I've ever seen her, both in how she looks and how she acts. The rest of the cast of female actresses is amazing, as Fred Olen Raye deviated from the usual lineup and went with Brandin Rackley (absolutely, positively scorchingly hot) and Jayden Cole (incredible breasts), along with a fourth-bill blonde newcomer who is just plain smoking. And all of the newbies can act pretty well, too. Awesome!
The plot even is humorous and fairly entertaining in its own right. It's clear which releases that Ray gives more care to and which are throwaways; this one was handled with some tenderness while some others (like the hugely disappointing Voodoo Dollz) were treated like red-haired stepchildren.
Most impressive (besides the production values which I found to be as high as anything that Ray ever has done) are the fantastic sex scenes. There are Retromedia releases with better plots than this one but I've never seen Retromedia top this one in terms of sexiness. The men and women genuinely seem turned on and the sex looks really very realistic. The only qualm that I have--and I say this a lot about these movies--is that there is no real graphic nudity here other than some very, very fleeting accidental glances.

Fast Lane to Malibu. Brian has a fight with his girlfriend Monica (Renee Rea). Thinking she's through with him, he agrees to go to Malibu with his friend Zach. There's a sorority party there that's supposed to be a guaranteed weekend of eager, horny women. Monica finds out and convinces her friend Ashley (Tracy Ryan) to help her chase him down so she can tell him she still loves him.
Fast Lane to Vegas. Zach and Brian are headed to Las Vegas for Brian's wedding to Monica. Along the way they encounter many opportunities to have sex with beautiful women. In Las Vegas, Monica and Ashley have a couple of opportunities for their own bit of fun with a hotel employee and a male stripper.
That alone probably would have been good enough to make these above average softcore films, but the producers have also thrown in another little bit of fun. Throughout the films, there are several places where the characters are faced with a decision. The viewer gets to decide what they do. It's a good use of DVD technology and keeps things interesting.
The stories provide plenty of opportunity for numerous sex scenes and ample amounts of female skin.
In Malibu, there's a sexy hitchhiker (Stephanie Schwartz), the mechanic's horny wife (Susan Featherly), and two hot female cops (Kira Reed and Nikki Fritz). There are nine sex scenes. Five are boy/girl, one is boy/girl/boy/girl, two are girl/girl, and one is girl solo. In addition, there is a nice shower scene with Renee and a wet t-shirt contest that Renee and Tracy participate in. All the women are super hot and give great performances. The music is a little too loud, but you can still hear the sounds of the actors during the sex scenes.
In Vegas, there are nine sex scenes. Five are boy/girl, two are boy/girl/girl, one is boy/girl/boy/girl, and one is girl solo. I thought all but one of the sex scenes were very good. The other one was just decent, mostly because the two girls were just phoning in their parts. The women include A list stars like Renee, Tracy, Mia Zottoli, Sasha Rochelle, and Flower Edwards. The rest of the women are plenty attractive, just not in the same league as those five. All the sex scenes play out to completion, and you can hear the sounds of the actors during the sex scenes over the music. The music isn't as loud as it was in Malibu.
These are two great movies at a bargain price. Very recommended.

Cherry, Harry & Raquel / Common Law Cabin (Megavixens / Three Ways to Love) (Big Six / Conjugal Cabin) Review

(More customer reviews)This is one of Russ Meyer's finer films, a late 60's collage of psychedelia, sex and violence occasionally overdubbed with psuedo-scholarly narration about class struggle(?) A bizarre and thoroughly entertaining mix. Charles Napier shines, as usual.
The DVD, on the other hand, is a bit of dissapointment. While it sports the "MINT QUALITY--From Original Negative" tag on the cover, don't be fooled..the picture (full frame) and sound (mono) are pretty much indistinguishable from the VHS edition of the same film. You get an animated menu, chapter stops, and a few trailers from other RM films, but that's about it.
If you already own the VHS, you may want to skip the DVD. Otherwise, go for it.

Trial Run (2006) Review

(More customer reviews)Wow! The standard for erotic entertainment went up several notches with this new Libido Films release. The tango scene alone is worth the price to me. It provided me with enough fantasy material for a good time to come (no pun intended). As a woman I really appreciate how different this film is....the plot is inventive and so is the sex. There are no speed through scenes. You'll want to enjoy every last drop.

Inside Club Wild Side (1999) Review

A barely-there plot combined with pretty, yet flexible women equals a decent way to spend 85 minutes. Ahmo Hight doesn't get as flexible in this movie as she does in Hotel Exotica, but she's good to look at anyway. Once again, Monique Parent steals the show. This time around she's a primary character instead of a supporting character like in the first "Club Wild Side" movie. Look for plenty of naked chicks; don't look for anything else.

Secret Desires of a Housewife 2 Review

(More customer reviews)I really have no idea what the plot of this movie is - and I didnt care! I watched it for the sex scenes only! There are, I believe 5 sex scenes in all. Not enough for my taste, but each scene is about 10 minutes long. The girls are naked often and we even see some pink from a couple of them, but you have to watch for it, not every actress here shows it.
I'm not very familiar with the actresses except for Akira Lane, who is the really hot asain girl in the movie. She has two very good scenes. There is also a girl/girl scene which is fairly hot, though unfortunatly for me, Akira was not in it.
This movie has a hardcore porn feel to it. I'm actually wondering if one or two of the scenes werent faked! Little things also add to the porn feel, like - the way this whole movie is filmed; it's almost as if they just used an average everyday video camera to shoot it, although the video quality is very good. And also, we hear the slapping of skin against skin in this movie - just like we hear in all hardcore porn, which is something I dont think I've seen in any other "softcore" movie.
I thought it was pretty good - and I know my softcore porn!

This movie is what I would call soft porn, and in that area I would recommend to adults, nice lesbian scene and several other straight scenes to keep you awake. It also carries a weak plot so next time I watch it, maybe I will add more comments.
Thx to whoever brought this type of movie to the market, now I can be charged up with out throwing up.

I Like to Play Games Too (1998) Review

(More customer reviews)This filmmaker seems to triumphantly know his audience - and why they watch his movie. I liked this movie for the extra margin of sophisticated details the filmmaker labors to please its crowd - the rich details in props, ornaments, and costumes - for example, I was really impressed with the toe-rings Maria Ford wore in one scene or all the tuxedos men wore in another party scene. This is a top-notch erotic thriller with a feel of the "Secret Games" series with lots of "surprising" usual suspects. I mean, we all know these bimbos will somehow get naked, but how should it be shown to be refreshing and shocking? The direct answers this question with more money spent on actors' clothes and props and some bold lesbian scenes. However, I thought just too many sexy blondes in the movie were a downside - sorta make me feel numb about seeing yet another blonde undressing.

Improper Conduct (1994) Review

(More customer reviews)I love this film for one long legged blonde reason called Kathy Shower, who unfortunately, is almost wasted in this film. However if your'e going to watch this film there is no better reason than to watch it for Kathy. It was almost a vehicle for Kathy but it's as if it drove off without her leaving Kathy standing around 'reacting' instead of acting. There is one hot scene with hubby badboy whom the film title is named after (improper conduct-er) but it's not long enough a scene and the chemistry that is clearly visable between the two actors is not utilised to it's full capacity. Damn and blast! The rest of the film is actually quite good (even for a streight to video/cable tv job thingy) and concerns an advertising executives roaming eye which eventually gets him into big trouble when his former mistress commits suicide and her vengeful sister (blaming him for the act) worms her way seductively into his life in order to destroy it from within. Yeah! ...! As you have probably gathered however, I am a Kathy Shower fan first and foremost and enjoyed this film more for Kathy's appearance so much so that I have two copies of the film. If you like this film, you'll love 'Erotic Bounderies', (this is not an ad) also starring Kathy Shower. I saw this film about a year ago and have since tried to purchase it but to no avail.

(More customer reviews)Okay, this flick was good for a playboy movie...however it was boring. Plus, there was nothing "dangerous" about the sex. Plus the sex was terrible and considering that these people were supposed to be "couples" the sex looked fake. Don't waste your time or money on this one. Also, i use the word sex sparingly, because there was more kissing than anything else.

The acting is good and the cast seems to be making an effort to pull it off. The rock star parody is especialy good, and Tammy Parks is awesome as the vampire. This was a fun movie and I highly recommend it.

Story of a Cloistered Nun (1975) Review

(More customer reviews)What the heck is going on here? When you make a film about a cloistered nun and the cover picture even shows a nun apparently putting the moves on a younger woman, you expect at least one good lesbian scene! But this film doesn't have any! How can that possibly be?
The beautiful young woman in the photo is the newest nun in the convent, and several of the older nuns cast covetous gazes in her direction as she removes her stylish clothing to change into her nun's habit. One slightly older nun in particular shows an interest in her, and later even tries to seduce the girl, but nothing comes of it as the girl refuses to comply. We also see a brief glimpse into this older nun's room where she happens to be entertaining another (nude) younger woman, but again we don't really see anything but that brief glance.
Again, why make a film about a beautiful young novice surrounded by older women and then not include a single good lesbian scene? I don't get it.

Playboy - Wet and Wild Live Backstage Pass (2002) Review

(More customer reviews)I was disappointed again with this video from Playboy. I would expect a company that has been photographing and videotaping women to produce a better product. I have been a fan of Playboy for over 20 years so I know what their track record is. This video starts out with a couple of short clips of the actual Bikini Show in Vegas - it made me want to see more, but that was it. There is not much of the actual show. The "Backstage" scenes were disappointingly average. The women removed their bikinis and the camera panned up and down their bodies. Each scene pretty much had the same level of eroticism - medium. The women were beautiful - just what you would expect from Playboy. But they didn't generate a lot of excitement or heat.
If you want to know what I like from past DVDs from Playboy, check out the two "Shower Scenes" or the "Carwash" scene from the "Cheerleaders" video or "Double Exposure" from "Girls Behaving Badly".
